Supported agency-owned business mailboxes can send and synchronize through delegated OAuth, including Connected Inbox when the required permissions are granted.
Okiova separates live provider connections, supported import workflows, adapter-ready foundations, and future capabilities so agencies know what is actually available.
Supported agency-owned business mailboxes can send and synchronize through delegated OAuth, including Connected Inbox when the required permissions are granted.
Supported Google mailboxes can use OAuth for sending and two-way mailbox operations where the required scopes and Google verification requirements are satisfied.
Carrier file/report compatibility is format-specific. Okiova previews, matches, flags exceptions, and preserves history rather than claiming universal carrier API support.
Provider-neutral adapter architecture and Okiova Sandbox are available. Configuration targets include comparative raters and future direct carrier APIs, but a provider is only represented as live after an approved adapter exists.
Texting remains a future capability. Okiova does not currently include telecom usage or represent Twilio as an active plan feature.
Broad developer API/webhooks and SSO remain future Enterprise capabilities until released. Custom work is quoted before commitment.
Okiova connects the workflow while the agency remains responsible for its Microsoft/Google account and any outside provider charges. That reduces hidden usage markups and keeps authorization tenant-specific.
